Skyjacker's legendary Softride technology engineered processes achieve maximum wheel travel, ride quality and extends the long-lasting life of the coil spring. The process starts with 5160H chromium alloy material, a presetting process and advanced method of shot peening.

Compressing the spring completely down to where the coils touch (solid height) is preset. This takes any fatigue or stress off the spring and eliminates sagging.

Radius arm drop brackets lower the OEM radius arms mounts at the frame to maintain the correct caster specifications for proper alignment. An ultra heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket captures the front crossmember on both sides to prevent movement in this critical high-stress area and to keep the axle centered.

The sway bar lowering brackets realign the front sway bar working angle to achieve maximum sway control. Drop spacers reposition the front bump stops. Front brake line extension brackets correctly reposition the brake lines. A heavy-duty steering stabilizer relocation bracket corrects and enforces the stabilizer connection.

Skyjacker Softride leaf springs are individually shot-peened with hard steel pellets at very high velocities. Softride springs also have tapered leafs to distribute loads more evenly and to create more flex at the leaf ends. Teflon wear pads between leafs and bolt style spring clips prevent binding and eliminate friction.

Shocks are a key link in-between the chassis and your suspension. Their key role is to dampen out or control the terrain to keep your tires in contact with the terrain.

ADX 2.0 has an innovative off-road race-inspired full-displaced valving system. The external remote reservoir separates the nitrogen gas from the oil with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP). The IFP prevents the gas and oil from mixing or foaming (cavitation).
